Terms of Service

Terms for DisconfirmAI research, credits, subscriptions, cancellation and refunds, including our first-payment refund guarantee.

Policy version policy-2026-10-21 sets out the service, refund and personal-data terms below. Purchase availability and the applicable price are shown in the product; your statutory rights remain protected.

DisconfirmAI provides tools for reading, verification and research and does not execute securities trades. Answers can contain errors, missing sources or outdated information. Verify original sources and make your own investment decisions. Payment purchases service allowance, not investment returns, guaranteed accuracy or a particular conclusion.

Subscription, allowance, and cancellation

Reading, viewing and manually maintaining investment frameworks, and reopening existing content are always free. Only personalized model calls that use tokens consume credits; model-free indicator checks are also free. Source information, data dates, alternative explanations, information gaps and access to saved research are available to every account. These are not subscription-only features. A subscription adds credits without changing the basic research standard.

1. Seller and scope

Kenentoshi Co., Ltd., a Japanese company, is the legal seller and operator of DisconfirmAI and the entity responsible for its personal data.

Andy Wang is the product business contact. The business contact location is Liangzhu Subdistrict, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China; it is not presented as the company’s registered address. Contact henuwangkai@gmail.com for product support, billing, refunds and personal-data requests.

These terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights or other protections under applicable law. The service supports research and does not guarantee investment returns.

2. Free allowance, expiry and permitted use

Your first sign-in grants 400 welcome credits. From the next UTC day, using the product while signed in automatically claims 100 credits once each day. Remaining signed in still qualifies on the next day’s first visit or an active page crossing UTC midnight. There are no catch-up or new monthly grants. Each daily batch lasts 30 days and can accumulate. Existing grants are not taken back. Subscription credits arrive only after Stripe confirms payment.

Credits are service allowance, not cash or securities. They cannot be transferred between users, traded or withdrawn. Gifted credits are not refundable cash; this does not restrict statutory refund rights for paid services. Usage, expiry and withdrawal are recorded separately.

3. Usage settlement and receipts

All product features settle using actual model rates and token usage, with cache usage priced separately. One credit is held at admission; delivery settles actual usage and releases the unused hold. There is no fixed 50/200-credit entry requirement or account monthly budget. Failed or interrupted operations are not charged; operations without model calls incur no model credit fee. Actual costs exceeding the available balance do not cause an overdraft or an extra payment.

Credits follow actual model rates and token usage, with cache discounts. Each CNY 0.05 of model cost equals 1 credit, rounded up once per research. Failed or interrupted research is free.

Settlement occurs only after successful delivery. The initial reservation is admission security, not a cap on the final charge. We settle actual usage and release unused reserved credits. If the balance is insufficient, delivery and charging are rolled back and the reservation is released, without an overdraft or additional payment. Failed, interrupted or undelivered operations are not charged. Unknown usage is not treated as zero. Historical bills retain the contract applicable when they were created.

Credit rates are product pricing, not a claim about the provider invoice. Viewing saved research does not incur another research charge. New research, follow-ups or updates generate new usage.

4. Subscription, payment confirmation and allowance

The personal subscription is USD 29 per month, adding 2000 credits for each paid billing period. They expire at that period end and do not carry forward. The subscription renews monthly; invoices and account records establish payment and period dates. Free allowance does not require a subscription.

Before purchase, checkout should display the total, currency, taxes, renewal interval and applicable terms. Your payment institution handles any additional bank or conversion charges under its rules. Credits arrive only after the server confirms the matching invoice was paid. Returning to a success page, initiating payment or duplicate notifications does not grant duplicate credits. Failed or pending payments do not create paid allowance.

The USD 19 / 1000-credit pack valid for 365 days is an isolated simulation product and is not offered through live Stripe sales. Exhausting credits does not automatically buy a pack, top up the wallet or charge your card for excess usage.

5. Canceling renewal and stopping use

My account links to Stripe subscription management for invoices, payment-method changes and cancellation of the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the current paid period end; credited allowance remains usable until its original expiry. Cancellation is distinct from a refund or deletion of an account or its data.

Check the cancellation state and period-end date in your account. Contact product support if the management link is unavailable or the state does not update. In local tests, already-paid future periods remain scheduled despite cancellation; this does not mean prepaid future periods are offered in live sales.

6. Refund requests, billing errors and disputes

Within 14 calendar days after your first subscription payment, you may email us to request a full refund of that payment if you are dissatisfied, even if you have used some or all of that period’s credits. Include your account email, invoice reference and a short explanation so we can identify the payment.

Corrections for duplicate charges, erroneous charges or failure to provide the corresponding paid service are not limited by this 14-day request period. Rights granted by applicable law remain unaffected.

After checking the payment, we process an eligible refund through the original payment channel. A confirmed full refund withdraws the unused paid credits associated with that payment; past usage records remain unchanged and unrelated credit batches or gifts are unaffected. Requesting a refund does not mean it has reached your account, and payment-provider and bank timing can vary.

Canceling renewal and obtaining a cash refund are separate actions. A refund does not automatically stop future subscription charges; tell us if you also want renewal canceled, and check the resulting subscription status. Other refund requests are reviewed individually; automatic proportional refunds are not offered.

7. Ongoing watches and automatic budgets

Model watch checks settle actual token usage. A successfully delivered check with no new signal still counts as a delivered check. Indicator checks without model calls are free.

Enabled watches run on schedule without an account-level monthly budget. Pause individual watches in Radar. In-flight checks settle by actual usage; failed checks are not charged.

Insufficient balance, exhausted budget or service protection prevents new calls without automatically collecting money. Concurrency, frequency and duration limits are communicated in the product. Credits do not promise unlimited calls or that every research attempt will complete.

8. Service limits, account security and reasonable use

Returned source text does not establish complete coverage or factual verification. Source dates, explanations and gaps are available to every account, and results can need further checking. Do not upload content you lack permission to use, other people’s secrets or unnecessary sensitive information. You retain rights in your submitted content and authorize necessary processing to fulfill the service you requested.

Protect your sign-in account and do not share session credentials, disrupt the service or bypass allowance checks. Repeated abnormal requests, automated abuse or security risks may temporarily restrict new calls. Past accounting remains subject to review and normal retries must not create duplicate charges.

Undelivered research releases credits as described above. Persistent service failure, unusable paid allowance or billing issues during an account restriction can be referred for review. This section does not promise investment returns, error-free results or unpublished availability targets and does not exclude liability that applicable law prohibits excluding.

9. Changes and contact

Version policy-2026-10-21 takes effect on October 21, 2026. Material changes will be described on this page. Prices and conditions applicable to a new purchase or renewal will be shown before it is made; new rates do not rewrite an existing research charge or historical records.
