UK-based AI proptech startup Lette has secured $6.5 million in seed funding, led by Peak, to expand its AI agents for landlord leasing and resident services.

Lette, a UK-focused AI proptech startup, has raised $6.5 million in seed funding led by Peak, with participation from Heliad, Foreword VC, Pitchdrive, Adeline, and angel investor Des Traynor, co-founder of Intercom. This round follows a $1.4 million pre-seed raise just over a year ago, bringing Lette’s total funding to approximately $7.9 million.

Founded in Dublin in March 2025 by former Nory executives Mohan Sai and Jakub Rajek, Lette provides AI agents to assist landlords with leasing and resident management. The company states that its agents automatically handle over 60% of resident support and maintenance requests and have reduced average leasing time from two weeks to under four days.

The funding comes as England’s Renters’ Rights Act shifts the focus of tenancy management to monthly retention, as tenants can now vacate with just two months' notice. Lette plans to use the new capital to grow its UK team and expand into new European markets in 2027.
