South Korean Software Firm Yuracle Signs MOU with KT to Join Global AI Distribution Platform
South Korean enterprise software company Yuracle announced an MOU with telecom giant KT to join its global B2B AI distribution platform 'Token Factory' and integrate its coding assistant into KT's NPU-based 'NPU LLM Station', targeting financial and public sector markets.
South Korean enterprise software company Yuracle announced on October 28 that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with KT, South Korea's leading telecommunications operator, to jointly expand their domestic and international enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) platform businesses. Under the agreement, Yuracle will participate as a partner in KT's newly launched global B2B AI distribution platform, 'Token Factory'. This platform aims to distribute AI services to domestic and overseas markets across industries such as finance, public sectors, manufacturing, and healthcare, and already includes participation from global AI firms like OpenRouter, Cast AI, and Timely AI.
The two companies will also collaborate technically by integrating Yuracle's AI coding assistant into KT's 'NPU LLM Station' solution. The 'NPU LLM Station' is an on-premise AI infrastructure package developed by KT, which integrates neural processing units (NPUs) from South Korean chipmaker Rebellions, large language models (LLMs), and KT's business-specific AI agents. According to KT, this solution is designed to reduce deployment costs by over 50% and power consumption by more than 25% compared to traditional GPU servers.
Yuracle stated that this integration will enable AI-assisted code writing and development using internal corporate data, even in closed network environments where external cloud connections are restricted. Both firms plan to leverage their respective sales networks to conduct joint marketing and sales efforts targeting financial institutions, government agencies, and large manufacturing enterprises that prioritize security and infrastructure operating costs. Kwon Tae-il, CEO of Yuracle, said in a statement that the company would combine its proven enterprise deployment capabilities with this strong partnership to establish new standards in the enterprise AI market both domestically and abroad.
