Korean Ad Agency HSAD Integrates Netflix Official Prediction API into AI Agent Platform DASH
HSAD becomes the first domestic comprehensive ad agency to connect Netflix's official ad prediction API to an AI agent, enabling natural language forecasting of ad reach.
Korean comprehensive advertising agency HSAD announced on November 5 that it has integrated Netflix's official ad reach prediction Application Programming Interface (API) into its proprietary AI agent platform, "DASH." According to HSAD, this marks the first time a domestic comprehensive ad agency has connected Netflix's official prediction API to an AI agent system.
The service allows advertisers and media planners to input budgets and target audiences via natural language to receive expected ad reach and exposure volume analyses based on Netflix data. For example, a user can ask, "What is the estimated reach if we spend 100 million won on Netflix ads targeting ages 18-34?" The AI retrieves relevant data to provide the forecast and supports comparing execution effects across different age groups with the same budget.
HSAD aims to launch an integrated ad effect prediction system within this year, expanding the analytical scope of its existing media planning system, "MPOPS," to include Over-The-Top (OTT) platforms. Kim Hee-joo, Head of Audience Planning at HSAD, stated that accurately predicting the overall ad effect generated by combinations of various media is crucial, aiming to help advertisers optimize their media strategies within limited budgets.
