ElevenLabs India Head Karthik Rajaram and engineer Adarsh Shiragannavar demo voice AI insurance agents at Bengaluru Summit

He started with a basic English/Hindi bilingual agent that could only offer callbacks, then used Architect—an expert tool within ElevenAgents that leverages the Spotlight dashboard and past conversations—to build and deploy an improved agent in one click. The new agent verified callers via video, assisted with form filling, caught invalid uploads and IFSC codes, submitted the claim for human review, and followed up with the customer in Kannada.

Rajaram concluded by detailing the architecture behind ElevenAgents deployments, covering speech and reasoning layers, integrations with CRM and telephony systems, and deployment options across phone, contact centers, WhatsApp, or product interfaces. He discussed evaluation protocols, PII redaction, and infrastructure choices including public cloud, VPC, or on-premises setups with data residency and zero retention. He also noted plans to grow the forward deployed engineering team in India tenfold this year and highlighted the partner ecosystem and voice artists.
