Cisco Joins ServiceNow Control Tower Alliance as Founding Member

US networking company Cisco announced on October 28, 2026 that it has joined the ServiceNow Control Tower Alliance as a founding member. The alliance brings together companies across AI, cloud infrastructure, security, and governance to help customers adopt AI safely at scale through ServiceNow's Super Intelligence Control Tower. Two Cisco AI Defense integrations—importing discovered AI assets into the Control Tower inventory and sending security detections to ServiceNow AI Security Exposure Management—have been available on the ServiceNow Store since April 2025. This membership formalizes existing capability under a named multi-vendor framework. The alliance's other members and governance structure have not been disclosed.
