Belgian cybersecurity company Aikido Security announced on October 20 the launch of Noon, a new employee security platform. This move follows its acquisitions of Polish firm Cyberly and Belgian firm OutKept in September, integrating their respective technologies.

According to venture data platform Dealroom, Aikido completed a $60 million Series B funding round in January 2026, reaching a valuation of $1 billion. The launch marks an expansion of its business from application, code, and cloud security into enterprise workforce protection.

The acquired companies brought distinct capabilities: Cyberly focused on AI attack simulation and risk management for employees using AI tools, while OutKept specialized in phishing simulation and security awareness training. These technologies form the foundation of Noon’s AI tool management and social engineering defense features.

In terms of AI governance, Noon allows enterprises to monitor which AI models, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, and other AI tools employees are using. Companies can set policies to restrict sensitive data entry into AI prompts, mitigating leakage risks. The platform also detects malicious emails missed by traditional filters and offers simulations of attacks involving deepfakes.
