AI security infrastructure company Infisical announced on October 27, 2026, that it has raised a $40 million Series B round at a $600 million valuation. The round was led by prominent Silicon Valley investor Elad Gil, with participation from Y Combinator, Gradient Ventures, Gallery Ventures, Pace Capital, and Dynamic Capital.

Infisical helps companies use AI agents without exposing their private credentials. As AI agents increasingly access production systems and perform actions previously requiring human approval, traditional security architectures struggle to keep up. Infisical's Agent Vault allows AI agents to access sensitive systems without revealing underlying credentials.

CEO Vlad Matsiiako stated in the official blog post that although the company has been cash-flow positive, they decided to raise funds to accelerate the building of next-generation software infrastructure, particularly focusing on security controls for AI agents. The capital will be used to expand the team (hiring over 100 positions) and deepen core offerings in secrets management, certificate management, and privileged access management.
