Agentic AI startup Uvi (officially Naboo Research Ltd.) announced on October 14, 2026, that it has raised $7.5 million in seed funding. The round was led by CT Innovations, with participation from Cardumen, Mana VC, and 91 Ventures.
Uvi addresses a structural cost issue in enterprise AI deployment: each new AI agent lacks knowledge of a company's business processes and historical decisions, requiring it to learn this 'business context' from scratch. This repetition drives up computing costs, which Uvi estimates makes internal agents about eight times more expensive than necessary.
The company has developed a 'context reasoning layer' built on a knowledge graph that connects enterprise systems like Slack, Jira, and Salesforce to create a unified institutional memory. This allows different AI tools to share learned business logic, avoiding redundant context reconstruction. Co-founder and CEO Gilad Salinger stated that benchmark tests show agents using this layer reduce response costs from $0.75–$1.41 to an average of 10–16 cents.
Customers such as Monday.com, Lemonade, and Melio have already adopted the platform. Salinger predicts that within three years, enterprise AI stacks will be organized around persistent context layers rather than chat interfaces or document search.
