According to a report by Caijing Magazine on October 13, embodied AI unicorn Zhiyuan Innovation has recently launched a new funding round of approximately 1 billion to 1.5 billion yuan, with a latest valuation of around 50 billion yuan.
The report cites investors stating that under HKEX requirements, if a company completes new financing after filing for listing but before trading begins, it must wait 120 days post-financing unless granted a special exemption. This implies Zhiyuan may not be able to complete its Initial Public Offering (IPO) within this year.
Founded in 2023, Zhiyuan focuses on general-purpose AI robots. Counterpoint data shows its AGIBOT series shipped 9,700 units in the first half of 2026, ranking first globally.
